In out house on of the favorite things about Halloween is being able to carve the pumpkins. Great scary faces, some silly, sometimes we even make them sad…but really our goal is the pumpkin seeds. We LOVE the seeds. Roasted up nice and crispy with a spicy and salty seasoning blend…
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Preheat oven to 425F
1/2 stick of butter (melted)
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp white pepper
pinch cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Mix and stir in cleaned and dried pumpkin seeds and place on a baking sheet.
- Place in the oven and stir every 5-7 minutes or until brown and crisp.
I can't think of a better reason to carve a pumpkin, than to get at those yummy pumpkin guts! LOL! These sound delicious!

About what quantity of seeds did you use for this amount of spices?
Hey Erica! Sorry that isn't in there but all your really trying to do it coat the seeds. This was seeds from 2 pumpkins but the yield differs from year to year.
I just made something simliar. Yumm and so crunchy.
My favorite snack this time of year! I even go to the pumpkin patch after Halloween to grab a few more pumpkins!
